BIOGRAPHY

Gianluca Susi received a PhD in "Sensor and learning system engineering" in 2012 from the Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Rome "Tor Vergata" (dissertation title: "Asynchronous spiking neural networks: general paradigm and applications").
He is currently adjunct professor (professore a contratto) at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".
His research interests are currently pointed to the development and implementation of spiking neural networks for the reproduction of brain dynamics, brain connectivity analysis and human-computer interaction.

He is coordinator member of the MIS (Master programme in Audio Engineering), University of Rome "Tor Vergata". In addition, he is member of international scientific societies as IEEE and AES, and reviewer for some international scientific journals. 
He is also involved in music projects.

BIOGRAPHY

Alessandro Cristini was born in Anagni, Italy, on March 26th, 1984. He received the Master's degree, cum laude, in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", Italy, 2010. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Electronic Engineering at the same University, 2016; for his thesis he studied continuous-time spiking neural networks. His research interests include spiking neural networks, learning algorithms, pattern recognition, signal processing, and MATLAB programming.
